Product
A range of highly efficient type-approved boilers bearing the CE mark and running on gas or fuel oil. Midilogica boilers are equipped with a control panel featuring an exclusive aesthetically pleasing design. The jacket is made of hot painted metal and has a special clip-on system for easy assembly using a limited number of screws.
The body of this type of boiler, with three smoke tube circuits, features high efficiency and top quality as it is made of particularly sturdy, large size of elements that are assembled on two steel guides fixed on the elemnts end secured by means of strong tie rods.
The main features are high efficiency, low nitogen oxide emissions, easy manteinance and long life.
Technical Features
1. Furnace, slightly oval in shaped, larger than prescribed EN 403-3 Europen Standards, allowing the flame to develop completely and cover a large surface area to absorb a large quantity of heat with a low wall surface thermal load.
2. High water content that increases the inertia of the system and allows more linear operation with less frequent turning on and off.
Without stagnation or re-circulation, this lowers the temperature of the return water to 40°C
3. Large Heat exchange surface with smoke tubes full of thick fins situated so as to make cleaning very easy
4. Three High-speed smoke passes trough the furnace and two other passage to keep a high heat exchange coefficient
5. The smokes remain in the hot furnace for a relatively short time wich significantly reduces the generation of nitrogen oxide (Nox)
6. The boiler can withstand a bursting pressure of 27 bar
7. Each element is individually tested and the assembled body is retested at 8 bar. |
These cast iron doors are hinged for right- hand or left-hand assembly, merely inverting the position of the brackets. Insulation is with pressed ceramic fibres that withstand high temperatures and ensure a high degree of insulation and low thermal inertia.
The dege of the front element and the fibre cord fitted on the doors couple to give a perfect seal even after years of normal operation and regula manteinance.
Insulation is by means of a mineral wool mattress in direct contact with the body
The electric control panel holds the following:
- selector switch
- regulation thermostat
- power on light
- safety thermostat with manual reset
- thermometer
The wiring is designed for connecting single-stage and double-stage burners and comply with CEM 89/336/EC Directive and the 73/23/EC Directive on low voltage.
Possibility of installing a thermoregulator and a kit for connection to a water heater
The boiler is delivered packed as three separate items:
- Boiler complete with accessories and documents
- box containing the jacket
- control panel (from 3 to 5 elements)
The boiler is approved for operating with any type of gas or fuel oil burner that is EC approved |
